Monterey County is a beautiful slice of California and a place I am honored to call home. As a Realtor it’s a privilege to be trusted to help families find their new property, put down roots in a new community or to sell a home filled with years of cherished memories. Every time I represent a buyer or seller it is personal for me and I always do everything in my power to make my clients happy and overcome any problems that arise during the transaction.
Monterey County is among the most challenging areas for real estate in the state with many quirks and nuances to the different communities that make up the area. And as the real estate industry evolves and the market changes, know that each and every one of my resources, relationships and my expertise is at your service.
Many buyers and seller have different needs and while the Corona 19 Virus continues to disrupt the real estate market along with all other areas of the economy, there’s still action to be taken if you have real estate goals. Buyers who are already pre-qualified for a mortgage should recheck their status with their Loan Officer as some national lenders are adjusting their qualifying criteria in response to the uncertain markets brought on by the pandemic. And while the market isn’t yet seeing an increase in the number of homes for sale, sellers need to accept that with fewer qualified buyers around only the homes that are priced correctly and presented in the best possible condition will attract offers. Also it always helps to have a fresh set of eyes view your property the way a buyer will – one of the most rewarding parts of my job is to consult with my sellers to prep for listings and help with repairs, cleaning, de-cluttering and staging.
Call me for a quick chat about how we can keep you active during this time of COVID 19 disruption. And, I'll be happy to don mask and gloves and meet you to stage your home for when the market picks up.
